About SK Hospitality

SK Hospitality is a consulting company offering Hospitality Sales and Marketing services for selected 4* and 5* Hotels and Resorts (located in Halkidiki, Crete, Rhodes and Mykonos).

 With a sensitivity towards brand and image, SK Hospitality team is an extension of the in-house sales & marketing team and promises sales improvement as well as targeted market penetration.

Established in 2017 and member of SETE and ITT, SK Hospitality offices are located in East Thessaloniki and also operates representative offices in the South London (UK) and Frankfurt (Germany).

Our Story

2017

Establishment of SK Hospitality in Thessaloniki

2018

SK Hospitality establishes its representation office in the UK and specifically in South London.

2019

SK Hospitality joins SETE, the Greek Tourism Confederation

2022

SK Hospitality joins ITT UK ( Institute of Travel & Tourism)

2025

SK Hospitality establishes its representation office in Germany. Additionally SK Hospitality now offers 360° Marketing Advertising & PR Services

What we do

Working closely with the Service Provider and following a complete SWOT analysis review of the  positioning in the main source markets, we will fully manage presence, sales maximization. Our goal is to increase all sales KPI’s while respecting in-house management vision.

SK Hospitality team also has extensive experience and know-how in new hotel / resorts openings.

Taking into account post Covid market changes and consumer booking habits, the challenge is definitely to keep the right mix between online and offline sales channels.

Managing Director

Born and raised in the South of France, Celine studied Tourism Management and International Business in London. She then moved to Greece in 2002 and started working for a DMC in Rhodes, allowing her to cooperate with many luxury resorts all over Greece.

After 11 years as Sales & Marketing Manager at Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts. Celine Spataro started up SK Hospitality in 2017.

Specialized in West European travel distribution, she decided to capitalize on her market know how and to create a consulting agency that would offer sales services to independent resorts looking to maximize their revenue.

Born in Thessaloniki, Maria studied Economics in the University of Macedonia and completed her post-graduate studies in International Hotel Management in Surrey, United Kingdom.

Her passion for the tourism industry drove her to her career path within the hospitality industry. Having worked in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete and Cyprus she has experience in resorts as well as in city hotels, in the Reservations, E- Commerce and Sales departments. Throught this dedicated path Maria developed to be thrilled to use all her background to drive sales and maximize revenue.

With over 30 years experience within the travel industry, Darren’s career began overseas working in various European resorts. Returning to the UK to start a family, he continued his career path via Product & Contracting roles for several major UK tour operators before switching to hotel sales over 15 years ago.

Having launched and established several luxury properties in Greece, Cyprus & Spain over that period, Darren now continues to utilize his many contacts and adopts an innovative & varied approach in order to boost the profile and develop business for overseas hotels from the UK market.
