SKHospitality: Post Covid Resorts Sales & Marketing - finding the right sales mix

Since 2017, we have supported large resorts in penetrating new markets, increasing occupancy in Low and Mid Seasons and shift their price policies to increase ADR and revenues.

Taking into account post Covid market changes and consumer booking habits, the challenge is definitely to keep the right mix between online and offline sales channels.

At SK Hospitality, we believe each “operator business model” has its own clientele: “classical” tour operators or operators selling products via “dynamic packaging” deserve our full attention and support while Online Travel Agents and Direct B2C Channels are as important. The most important in our opinion is to set up a balanced stepped price list, while protecting the resort with “hotel only” price disparity!
